Sarah Coleman, PMHNP-BC

Sarah Coleman is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who leads our intake evaluations. She takes the time to understand each person’s full history — what they’ve tried, what hasn’t worked, and what recovery would actually look like for them.

A Florida-licensed nurse practitioner, Sarah spent a decade in community and outpatient mental health. She’s known for turning a clinical assessment into a genuinely reassuring first conversation.

Sarah is meticulous about matching each patient to the right protocol and coordinating closely with our physicians so nothing falls through the cracks. She also checks in between sessions, tracking how patients respond and fine-tuning the plan as they progress. Patients frequently tell her that, for the first time, they felt like someone finally understood the whole picture.
